How many credits do I need to use the BOOST function?

To BOOST your survey, you need double the number of credits you would usually need per respondent since your survey doubles in value when boosted.

Example: Your survey takes 5 mins to complete, meaning one respondent would normally cost you 5 credits. If you enable the BOOST function, your survey will be worth double that, so you’ll now have to pay 10 credits per respondent.

How can I enable BOOST?

1. Go to My Surveys. 
2. Find the survey you’d like to BOOST. 
3. Toggle the ‘Boost survey’ button. Is the button green? That means you’ve successfully activated the BOOST function.

Want to disable BOOST? Simply toggle the ‘Boost survey’ button again. If it turns gray, it means your survey is no longer boosted and will consume the usual number of credits per respondent.

Good to know: You don't need the BOOST function to get respondents; it only speeds up the turn-around time by doubling the value of your survey and making it more visible across our platform.
